

NOWW is pleased to present a writing workshop with Michael Christie. Waverley Library Auditorium (285 Red River Road, Thunder Bay) at 7 p.m., Monday November 19, 2012.
MICHAEL CHRISTIE received his MFA in creative writing at the University of British Columbia, and his fiction has appeared in various journals and has been nominated for the Journey Prize. His thesis, a collection of linked short stories entitled The Beggar’s Garden, was published in 2011 by HarperCollins Canada. He is also a teacher, and has taught undergraduate creative writing at UBC and Lakehead University. Michael Christie lives in Thunder Bay, and is working on his next book, a novel.
